Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, excluding orders that include personalized merchandise or Special Order products. To view the status of your order, click ‘My Account’ in the upper right hand corner of this page.
If we have any promo codes available currently, they will be noted on the homepage, as well as our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram pages. If there is nothing posted there currently, the only special we are running is free shipping on orders over $150.
Yes! If you had an online account on our old website, then you still have an account on this website - Just click 'Log In' in the top right corner. If you have not logged into the new website yet, you will need to set up a new password. Just click 'Forgot password - Click to reset'.
Everything you need to place an order is available at gerrydavis.com. All of the products we carry are listed here, and prices do not change when ordering over the phone. If you need to contact our office, our customer service lines are open from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.
We do still print hard copies of our Fall and Spring/Summer Catalogs, and we include one with every order we ship. If you have not placed an order and would like to receive a catalog, please fill out our catalog request form. Please be aware that product availability and pricing are subject to change, and could differ from what was listed in the catalog at the time it was printed. We no longer offer discounts for any umpire or officials associations. After polling the groups enrolled for our Association Buying Plan, the overwhelming response was that our customers would prefer a free shipping option as opposed to the association discount. In the long run, free shipping should actually save you and your group more than the old discount.

As we are an online retailer, we do not have a store front, but our warehouse is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm for walk-in customers.
We understand that shopping online for clothing and equipment can be difficult, as you are unable to try items on before ordering. For your convenience, all available size charts are available on the individual product pages, and if a particular product typically runs larger or smaller than normal, it will be noted within that item’s description. If not, you should order true to size.
It is possible, but we can not guarantee it. Please double check your cart and order details before placing an order. If you need to make a change to an order that has already been submitted, please call our office at 800-916-9088, and if we can still change it, we will!
