Protection Comparison
This table may help you decide which chest protector you need. The numbers reflect “drop test” results on our chest protectors (CP). Each CP was tested twice: approximately over the “heart” and at the shoulder. These results cannot duplicate high impact testing but, in concept, impact test results would be comparable. In this table, based on a scale of 0 to 80, the number estimates the amount of impact that traveled through the protector. The lower the number the better the protection.| Protector | Heart | Shoulder |
| PR1264 DaviShield | 24.7 | 54.0 |
| PR4166 Wilson Platinum | 34.5 | 64.1 |
| Pr4166 Wilson CP | 51.1 | 56.1 |
| PR1367 Davis iX3 CP | 31.2 | 68.6 |
