Merchandise Return Policies
We try very hard to process every shipment to the exact specifications of the customer, yet we understand customers do have occasional problems with mail-order goods. If you experience difficulty with the size, fit or quality of an item purchased from our office contact us immediately!
ALL product returns must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice. All return items must be received by Gerry Davis Sports in new, saleable condition & unworn, unwashed and unused with all manufacturer tags intact and all packaging included. We do not accept return of customized merchandise. If you order embroidery, hemming, numbering or other modifications please be certain of your size.
If the original shipment was packed accurately - product, size and color ordered - the customer is responsible for return shipping charges and, in the case of an exchange, for new outgoing shipping charges.
Product returns and exchanges must occur within 60 days of the original shipping date.
