International orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. When shipping volumes are heavy, domestic orders are prioritized. The average order processing and transit times below account for potential processing delays.

Orders that include products that require alteration or in-house customization will ship when the order is complete. The estimated processing time for customized products are indicated on the respective product pages.

RUSH PROCESSING
Rush processing may be available on orders that include customized apparel for an additional fee. This fee is dynamic - changing based on demand, and is charged per customized item. The maximum charge is capped at $15.00 per item but rush fees generally cost $4.00 - $8.00. The higher the price, the higher the demand is for rushed customization. For example, if you need three customized items rushed it would be three different rush fees.

Rush orders are completed within one business day when that order is submitted before 4:00pm Central on the prior business day.
