Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNING PRODUCT(S) FOR REFUND

To return a product for a refund, fill out the form on the backside of your order invoice. Ship that form and the product(s) you would like to return to:

We will apply a return credit to the card you used to make the purchase when your product is returned. Credits are issued within a few days of receiving your return. Please allow three days for the banks to process this credit before it will appear on your statement.

If you return an item for any reason, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable.

Product returns must occur within 30 days of the original shipping date, without exception. Please note below that some items are not eligible for return.

All return items must be received in new, saleable condition - unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all manufacturer tags intact and all packaging included. A restocking fee may be issued if the product does not return with original packaging and tags. In rare instances, returns may be refused if a product is improperly packaged and subsequently damaged beyond salvage, and will be returned at cost. Some examples include:

  • Hats being crushed due to being returned in a bag or not in a protective box when packaged with other items.
  • Protective equipment not being returned in the packaging provided. This helps prevent them from rubbing against each other causing scuffing and scraping.
  • Clothing items being stuffed into an extremely undersized bag.
  • Shoes being returned in their stock box. Shoes must returned the same way they were shipped - Inside of a secondary box with their stock box, with tissue paper intact to prevent damage.

 

EXCHANGING PRODUCT(S) FOR A DIFFERENT PRODUCT

To exchange a product you ordered for a different product, fill out the form on the backside of your order invoice. Be sure to include all necessary information for the new item you would like to exchange for (size, color, etc...). Ship that form and the product(s) you would like to exchange to:

We will follow your instructions and ship you the excange product(s) as soon as we receive your returned package. You will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Need your new items sooner?  The fastest way to receive a replacement is to place a new order, and choose to return your original product(s) for refund, instead of exchanging. The new order will be shipped within one business day, and we will credit you back for the returned items when they are received back into stock.

We can not accept exchanges of customized or Special Order merchandise. If you order an item that requires embroidery, hemming, numbering, or other modification, please be certain of your size.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS

As noted on every Special Order page, Special Order items are non-refundable/non-returnable. Special Order products are non-stock items or sizes that we order specifically for you from the manufacturer. Once a Special Order item has been placed on order from the manufacturer, they will not cancel the order for any reason. Because of this, once a Special Order item has been issued to the manufacturer, we cannot cancel or alter the order in any way. When ordering a Special Order item, please be certain of your size.

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

Customized items are products that have been altered to meet the customer's specification. This includes any item that requires embroidery, pants that have been hemmed, and shirts or jackets with uniform numbers or flags. Customized items are non-returnable/non-refundable as they can not be re-sold as new.

UNDER GARMENTS

Due to the personal nature of these products, under garments are non-returnable/non-refundable. This includes compression shorts, jocks, cups, tights, and leggings.

PRODUCT DEFECTS

Product defects must be reported to Gerry Davis Sports within 60 days of original shipping date without exception. Defects that fall outside of this date must be reported to the manufacturer. In the case that a defect is reported to us within 60 days of the original shipping date, we will replace or repair the item at our discretion.
