ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed before 12:00pm Central are typically shipped the same business day. When shipping volumes are heavy, orders with expedited and express shipping options are prioritized. The average order processing and transit times below account for potential processing delays.
Orders that include products that require alteration or in-house customization will ship when the order is complete. The estimated processing time for customized products are indicated on the respective product pages.
EXPRESS
Orders with expedited shipping methods including Second and Next Day air are processed as soon as possible and ship the same day when placed before 2:30pm Central.
RUSH PROCESSING
Rush processing may be available on orders that include customized apparel for an additional fee. This fee is dynamic - changing based on demand, and is charged per customized item. The maximum charge is capped at $10.00 per item but rush fees generally cost $4.00 - $6.00. For example, if you need three customized items rushed it would be three different rush fees.

EXPRESS SAVER
Our Express Saver shipping option is the most economical expedited air option we offer to Puerto Rico and is only available for light-weight packages under 4 lbs.
